Expected Characteristics:

  • Compressive Strength: Reaches up to 9,000 psi at 28 days depending on the mix.
  • Mixing & Application: Available in slumps from 1 to 10 inches, with fiber reinforcement for enhanced durability.
  • Surface Preparation: Surface should be clean and moist but free from water. Bond can be strengthened through vibration when attaching to existing structures.
  • Finishing: Quick finishing with optional polished surface through Fusion Finish. Avoid over-vibration during application.
  • Shelf Life & Storage: Typical shelf life of 6-12 months when stored in dry, moisture-free conditions.

Product Variations

  • A420 Low Slump Topical Sand Formula with 5,000 to 9,000 PSI compressive strength, size #8 sieve maximum aggregate and 1”-4” slump. Ideal for vertical and horizontal repairs, topping, masonry mortar and liners.
  • A430 High Slump Self-Leveling Sand Formula with 5,000 to 8,000 PSI compressive strength and 6”-10” slump. Use for horizontal repairs, topping, and liners.
  • A440 Medium Slump 3/8-inch Aggregate with 5,000 to 10,000 PSI compressive strength and 4”-6” slump. Suitable for secondary containment and structural concrete.
  • A450 High Slump 3/8-inch Aggregate with 5,000 to 10,000 PSI compressive strength and 7”-10” slump. Perfect for secondary containment and structural concrete.
