Engineering a Better Way Forward with Cold Fusion Concrete®
Geopolymer Solutions has engineered the longest-lasting and sustainable concrete on earth. Our Cold Fusion Concrete® is made from Geopolymer, with absolutely zero Portland cement. Our heat and chemical resistant solution is revolutionizing the building materials industry.
Geopolymer Concrete
Cold Fusion Concrete® is providing technology disruption for building materials’ most crucial problems. A new emerging market of ACM’s and SCM’s is crushing portland cement. At Geopolymer Solutions we are leading the way with our research and development to provide cleaner and longer-lasting composite materials.

- Tested for UL 263 & UL 1709
- Bonds directly to steel with minimal surface preparation
- Does not require sandblasting, primer or scratch coat
- Needs no attachments/lath
- Applied in one lift (14° F to 300° F)
- Has a compressive strength of 3,500 psi
- Has a bond strength of 24,770 psf
- Able to ship after 24-hour cure in warm weather
- Contains no Portland Cement
- Green Chemistry
Concrete
Cold Fusion Concrete ® (CFC) A-Series. A-Series is a variable aggregate concrete material designed specifically for resistance to sulfuric acid degradation in various concentrations ranging from .01% to 98% with little to no mass loss.
- Complete resistance to acids, chlorides, sulfates, freeze and thaw cycling, and, it doesn’t crack.
- Hydraulic Drive Powder Concrete – the water changes and becomes the bounder ( NO Cuff, NO lath )
- Extreme Heat Resistance – CFC begins a liquid phase at 1,800°F
- High Strength and High Performance.
- High performance in seismic zones due to flexible modulus properties while resisting creep.
- Low carbon footprint and utilizes waste by-products.
Self-Leveling
CFC A-Series Self-Leveling Concrete is an acid resistant, low permeability, medium-density flowable concrete for use over wood, masonry, or cementitious elements as a structural leveling layer. SL200 contains no Portland Cement and none of the weaknesses, including no bleed water, reduced freezing temperature of 14°F. SL200 is exothermic for the first approximate 120 seconds, and then produces an endothermic chemical cure.
- Low shrinkage and low thermal coefficients.
- No VOC’s.
- Cures quickly in warm/hot weather allowing rapid completion of projects.
- Can be polished after 4 days of warm curing.
- Shrinkage compensators reduce/remove cracking.
- Elevated alkalinity removes mold and bacterial growth.
- Bonds to wood, concrete, masonry, and just about everything except plastic or galvanizing.
- Resistant to all organic and inorganic acids and concentrations except for hydrofluoric.
- Acts as a water sealant.
- Can be colored.
- Green Technology containing absolutely no Portland.
Stucco
CFC A-Series Stucco is an acid resistant, low permeability, low density, spray or trowel applied single layer facade for use over wood, masonry, or cementitious elements as a cosmetic or protective layer. Stucco can be applied with various finish techniques using our colored, fire-resistant ST200 Cold Fusion Concrete in commercial and residential projects.
- Low shrinkage and low thermal coefficients allow for few to no expansion joints.
- Cures quickly in warm/hot weather, allowing rapid completion of projects.
- No base or intermediate coats necessary. Apply in a single layer.
- Shrinkage compensators reduce/remove cracking.
- Elevated alkalinity prevents mold and bacterial growth.
- Bonds to wood, concrete, masonry, and just about everything except plastic or galvanizing.
- Wicks water from wood elements.
- Can be colored.
- Green Technology
Waste Water Concrete & Coating
CFC WW200 Waste Water Concrete & Coating is an acid resistant, low permeability, medium density pneumatically projected concrete for use over cementitious or metal elements as a structural concrete or protective coating.
- Low shrinkage and low thermal coefficients.
- Cures quickly in warm/hot weather allowing rapid completion of projects.
- Shrinkage compensators reduce/remove cracking.
- Elevated alkalinity removes mold and bacterial growth.
- Bonds to wood, concrete, masonry and just about everything except plastic or galvanizing.
- Resistant to all acids and concentrations except for hydrofluoric.
- Acts as a water sealant.
- Can be colored.

OUR VALUES
At Geopolymer Solutions, engineering drives best-in-class quality.
Geopolymer Solutions has assembled a team of professionals constituting a combined 2 centuries of construction and construction materials experience. The professionals are responsible for navigating the generally coarse path of all new and highly technical materials. The acceptance of our materials has been difficult due to most academia’s failure to solve the problems with the most advanced cement on the planet and the corresponding disbelief that a private company such as ours has accomplished the task fully. This skepticism has been alleviated by the certification of our production plant and materials by agencies such as Underwriter Laboratories LLC, who have issued three designs to GPS for Spray Applied Fireproofing, including certifications for our ASTM C119/UL263 and UL1709 mixtures.
